We at Shadowney Irish Setters do not breed to sell puppies. We only breed when we are ready for a new puppy ourselves. We want a healthy puppy for ourselves and do not breed a litter without doing health clearances on the parents prior to breeding to help insure that not only do we get a healthy puppy but you also get a healthy puppy.

This questionnaire is provided to you to help us get to know you and to inquire into your interest in owning an Irish Setter. We would appreciate your answers to the following questions. The answers to the questions are important and most helpful in deciding the correct placement of each puppy with its new owner(s). The puppys welfare is our foremost requirement in considering placement. Answer the questions below completely and return this form to us in a timely manner. If you have questions, please contact us. Thank you for your interest in our dogs.
